Isaiah Dakota Powell was born Aug. 30, 2006. He was 18 months old when he died, on Mar. 20, 2008,
resulting from Renal Disease. He had Chronic Renal Disease, and soon after developed a cancer,
called Wilms Tumors. He was on chemotherapy, and had his first Nephrectomy in Feb. 2008, and his
second Nephrectomy in Mar. 2008, and was put on full Dialysis. He was always in and out of the
hospital and had about 12 surgeries during his short life. Although, he had a tough life, he always
remained very optimistic and faithful. He always had a smile on his face, and enjoyed meeting new
people. He loved to sing, and dance, and to listen to music. It would help him to relax. He was very
intelligent, steadfast, and strong. Although, he was only 18 months, he could do most of his medical
treatments himself, and knew exactly what each piece of equipment was used for. One of his
favorites, was the stetescope, which he used alot to listen to my heartbeat. He loved to color and
always wanted to ride in his radio flyer wagon. He was my little Angel, and I love him and miss him
deeply.
